- If you change your mind before we digitize your design(s) – You won’t have to pay for that as work is done on credit so if no work is done there will be no charge for that.
- If you change your mind after we digitize your design(s) – we are sorry, but we won’t be able to give you a refund.
- If we made a mistake, although highly unlikely, then your order is on us. We’ll either won’t charge you for that or redo what we did wrong until you are completely satisfied.
- Digitizing costs can not be refunded once the digitizing process has begun.
