Terms of Service

If you change your mind before we digitize your design(s) – You won’t have to pay for that as work is done on credit so if no work is done there will be no charge for that. 

If you change your mind after we digitize your design(s) – we are sorry, but we won’t be able to give you a refund.

If we made a mistake, although highly unlikely, then your order is on us. We’ll either won’t charge you for that or redo what we did wrong until you are completely satisfied.

Digitizing costs can not be refunded once the digitizing process has begun.
