Our services involve custom embroidery digitizing, meaning each design is created specifically based on customer requirements and no upfront fee is charged for digitizing. Thus only invoicing is done once design/digitizing is approved by customer. 

 

Quality Guarantee

We are committed to delivering high-quality digitized files.

  • Unlimited free revisions will be provided until the design meets your requirements 
  • If the design does not meet agreed specifications, we will re-digitize it at no extra cost 
  • If we are unable to meet your requirements, a full refund may be issued 

 

Refund Eligibility

Full Refund Conditions

You may request a full refund if:

  • We fail to deliver the order within the agreed timeframe 
  • The final file does not meet the provided specifications 
  • The project cannot be completed due to our limitations 
  • Order is cancelled before work begins 

Partial Refund Conditions

Partial refunds may apply if:

  • Cancellation occurs after work has started 
  • Only part of the order is completed 
  • Delays are caused from our side 

 

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after delivery 
  • Customer-approved design later rejected 
  • Issues caused by embroidery machine settings, fabric, or thread 
  • Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer 
  • Delays caused by lack of customer response 
  • Requests made after a specified period (e.g., 30 days) 

 

Cancellation Policy

  • Before work starts: 100% refund 
  • After work starts: Refund depends on work completed 
  • 0–25% completed → up to 75% refund 
  • 26–50% → 50% refund 
  • 51–75% → 25% refund 
  • 75%+ → No refund 

 

Revision Policy

  • Minor edits: Free 
  • Major redesigns: May incur additional charges 
  • Revisions requested after final approval may be charged 

 

Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact support within 7–30 days of delivery 
  2. Provide order details and reason 
  3. Share proof (e.g., screenshots or stitch results) 
  4. Allow 2–5 business days for review 

 

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 3–7 business days 
  • Refund will be issued using the original payment method 

 

Ownership & Usage

  • If a refund is issued, the customer cannot use the digitized file 
  • All rights to the digitized design remain with the company
